We have secured two planning permissions at this site. The site is located outside the defined settlement policy boundary and within the South Downs National Park (SDNP).
(1) A single storey replacement garage/machinery shed with adjacent integral ancillary accommodation for use as a home office and gym/storage area.
(2) A two storey rear extension with pitched roof and gable ends following the demolition of the existing rear wing.
