We secured permission in May 2018 for a replacement dwelling with a detached garage and new access following the demolition of the existing bungalow, garage and outbuilding.
Permission was secured following a planning appeal.
3D prints were prepared to show:
1. The existing bungalow
2. The existing bungalow extended pursuant to permitted development rights
3. The appeal scheme we sought permission for.
